Care Station participates with many medical insurance plans, including those listed below. It is always best to verify that your doctors are participating members of your plan before you visit their office. Our staff will be happy to assist you. Even though your company or plan may be listed here, it is not a guarantee of your coverage. Remember that you, the patient, are ultimately responsible to know your insurance plan and coverage. Contact the member services phone number listed on your insurance card to obtain your specific plan benefits and coverage. If you are not covered by any of our participating carriers or you are uninsured, our fees have been designed to be intentionally lower than unaffiliated Urgent Care Centers and emergency departments. We are happy to see you in the office and will work with you to keep your fees as low as possible. Payment will be required at time of service.
